# Re.: What to take for tree pollen, mold?
Gravatar Help! I need a MRI, and it can't be done as scheduled since I'm having frequent bouts of sneezing from tree pollen and mold.

Grass pollen season starts soon, too. South suburbs of Chicago.

I have a lot of allergies, including lactose and other inactive ingredients, some active ingredients in medicines, gluten intolerance, etc.

Any suggestions, anyone? I take dye-free Benadryl, and/or custom-compounded Loratidine (Claritin generic). Regular Claritin/generics have lactose.

Problems with Zyrtec ingredients, can't tolerate Allegra or its generic (makes me dizzy).

I also use Similisan homeopathic nasal spray, since I can't tolerate Zicam nasal gels or NasalCrom.

Whole-house HEPA filter on furnace, Enviracare HEPA air purifier unit in bedroom, and windows are closed.

Any ideas, anyone? Natural/alternative, over-the-counter, prescription products that may clear this up? What do you find effective? Thank you.

Gravatar Have you tried Nasacort AQ? That may be something you can't tolerate also, but it has helped me quite a big. I'm also trying BAX 3000 therapy, which I've posted about before, but I've only had one treatment so far as my family got sick and I haven't been able to go back. I should be getting my second treatment this Thursday so I can let you know how it goes. You can read about it at www.biovedawellness.com. There are a log of testimonials and news videos about it on their site. I figured I might as well try something different to see if I can get more relief. Good luck!
